Hasn’t changed much except for land recovered from the river and the car park built there.
Was there much protest about the demolition of all these houses? It looks totally different now. Check Google Maps and look across the river to see the red brick monstrosity it is now.

Apple have had a presence in Ireland for many years, but oddly enough I don’t think there’s yet an Apple Store in the country. Here’s an interesting interview with Steve Jobs on the opening of the facility at Hollyhill in 1980.
Singer’s Corner looks sort of the same doesn’t it, and there’s still a clothes shop across the road!
